QUESTION:

How do I know if this will help me?

ANSWER:

Long before people ever come to see me, they have usually been to a doctor, to a massage therapist, or even to a chiropractor to get help for joint pain.

They’ve tried all sorts of exercises, acupuncture, and various types of rehabilitation therapies. Often, by the you consider working with me or investing in one of my products, you’re at your wit’s end.

While I won’t guarantee any kind of healing because that’s against the law, I will say is that the vast majority of joint pain happens because you’re not moving the way your body was meant to move from birth.

The bottom line is that most of my patients see improvement. Either their pain is significantly diminished or it goes away, completely.

My goal in becoming a Physical Therapist was always to help people improve their ability to move pain free. I am trained in understanding how your brain communicates with your muscles to help pull your tendons and shape your joints.

You can read more about my journey and education on my About Page if you like. Still...

What is going to give you the most confidence about my education and training is understanding something really important: from birth, you were meant to move in a very specific way.

And when you stop moving that way over time as you age, that’s where most joint pain problems come from - not all, but definitely most.

So, that’s my focus.

If nothing else has helped you with joint pain, I encourage you to look closely at everything I have to offer. The likelihood is you’ll see improvement if you follow what I teach in both my products and in my one-on-one sessions.

I believe you’ll eventually find a solution that meets your needs, but in the rare event you purchase something and you’re not satisfied, just email me.

I'll make sure you get a full refund.

QUESTION:

How long do I have to try the product before my refund expires?

ANSWER:

Every program on my site comes with a 60-day 100% Money Back Guarantee!

I went into the field of Physical Therapy because I wanted to help people. That hasn’t changed. I’m not afraid to let you try any of my programs for a full 60 days.

All the risk is on me. Test drive whatever you purchase and see if it's right for you. If you don't get the results you wanted, I don't deserve your money.

QUESTION:

What's the best way to get rid of joint pain?

ANSWER:

Joint pain is very common. Sometimes, it is caused by inflammation, or an infection. More commonly, however, joint pain is simply caused by moving your body improperly.

For example, our society has become more sedentary with the use of computers for work (and play.) Because of this, back pain is more common than it once was.

Your body wasn’t meant to be sitting down for 6 or more hours per day. If you sit for hours and hours every day, joint pain is almost ineviable at some point in life because you're training your core muscles to become weaker.

When you don’t walk or stand regularly throughout the day, this changes the way your tendons pull on your bones, which ultimately alters the shape of your joints. In this example, the best way to get rid of joint pain in your back is to properly strengthen your core and to move your body more frequently.

QUESTION:

How often do I do the exercises you teach?

ANSWER:

I don’t have any desire for you to spend hours learning these movements. Everything we create is designed to be as efficient as humanly possible while providing you the best results possible.

Each session takes around 30 minutes, and they’re designed to be carried out around 3 times a week.

Again, if you’re not sure where to start, be sure you take the quiz we’ve made available for you, right here.

QUESTION:

Is it silly for me to be hopeful for the first time?

ANSWER:

Not at all! Many people feel this way. When you have been in pain for a long time and nothing you’ve done has brought you real relief, it’s hard to get your hopes up.

But I have had patients who’ve had severe joint pain for years come to visit me and leave pain free after just a single one-hour session.

The movements I teach in my online programs are the same ones I teach in my local facility...so it makes sense for you to feel hopeful and excited. While I can’t guarantee results because that is against the law, I must stress that my particular skill set is not common. I am one of only 62 Physical Therapists in North America trained to help people move the way they were meant to from birth.

It’s completely logical for you to feel hopeful. If I were in your position, I’d feel hopeful, too.
